Logistics & Facilities Support

At SysCom, one of our philosophies is “there is no job too big, or too small.” We excel at undertaking complex operations and implementing systematic approaches to managing procurements, supply, and maintaining facilities. Our approach to Logistics and Facilities Support is designed to meet a single goal: provide safe, clear, clean and organized spaces for our customers. We currently support our customers by directing procurements, supply and facilities management, including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical support, Hazardous Materials and Waste support. Our current performance encompasses lifecycle logistical support, and Environmental Safety and Occupational Health management requirements. Examples of our services include:

We take great pride and care in maintaining sanitary, and safe working environments. As we support a range of technical requirements for our customers, we recognize that maintaining clean work environments is paramount to maintaining safe work environments. Our staff utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and we continuously maintain a safe and clean work environment. These services include clean-up duties such as cleaning equipment, sweeping, straightening, and lining up tools and other property in assigned areas. We maintain cleaning supply inventory to underpin our cleaning and sanitizing practices.

Our experts currently support several means of procurement for tools, supplies and services via various purchasing channels. Our staff has current experience in coordinating with Bio-Environment Engineering and installation Hazardous Materials Offices. As an example, we centralized chemical purchases to create a HAZMART (Hazardous Materials Tracking Activity (HTA)) streamlining the chemical acquisition process. Our staff are continually encouraged to find similar means of program enhancement to ensure that our customers receive agile, responsive, compliant and streamlined Logistics & Facilities Support.
